Yeh man, I havent seen any gain as yet, and im still gettin round to doin all this journal stuff haha. But hopefully after i give myself a bit of time off for rest in between phase 1 and 2 it shows a gain, cause at the moment im just realli pretti much doin the training twice a week plus alot of otha stuff like ball every day, cause its my week off uni

, oh and nite clubbing u can neva forget the amount of running, walking n dancing u end up doin and usin ur legs then hahaha
