Dude, read the whole book. It explains everything. Each program is split into phases, phase 1 is weeks 1-4, phase 2 is weeks 5-8, etc. So from weeks 1-4, you would do the workouts listed under "phase 1" and so on. You really shouldn't be doing anything until you read the entire book.
