Default 4 inches in a week

Doin the workout below i got 5 inches on my standing vertical jump but i didn't get any higher while running. Y did this happen?

Old:
23 inches standing
31 running

New:
28 standing
31 running

Basketball Everyday at park. Except on Saturday/Sunday where i go to the rec

Workout

Monday: Upperbody 30 reps 3 sets for everything

Dumbbell Arnold Press
Dumbbell Tricep Extension
Dumbbell Curl
Dumbbell Bent-over Row
Dumbbell Shrug

Tuesday: VJB BodyWeight Excercises
Wednesday: Upperbody Workout
Thursday:VJB Novice Plyometrics
Friday Upperbody
Saturday: VJB Novic Plyometrics + Bodyweight excercises
Sunday: Rest Day
