My deadlift is now 155lbs which is good in gains in starting phase 2 tomorrow here are my current stats.
SquatMax : 172pounds
Deadlift Max:155pounds
Bodyweight: 65kg
Standing Jump:24" (gained 2 inches on phase1)
I'll keep posting every week!!
Btw i have one question. When i do Spilt Squats do i use half the weight of my usual squats or do i use the same. Becuase it seems that only using one leg would be harder.

Gained 2" in 3 weeks in phase 3. Now starting phase 4

Standing vert: 31"
Running vert: 36"
