NO WAY!!! I just tested my max(hack)squat today i'm on week 2 phase one and its 176lbs thats CRAZY!!! i've increased my squat by heaps and i've been testing properly with mah friend who's a Personal Trainer he couldn't believe it either!!! I'll update my deadlift gains when i do my deadlifts on saturday. I'll be posting my vertical jump increase at the end of Phase 1.
