Actually, I agree with 24 on this one. I think it was a decent buy. Hell, 5 bucks, at least see what it's like.
@24:The site didn't really look professional, was the program? Also, it seemed like the site made claims that they shouldn't be able to back up. Get more flexible without stretching? Better than TVP with just a few exercises? Et cetera, et cetera.
Also, are the exercises anything new, or could you have found them anywhere?
I guess, yes, it would be cool if you uploaded it.
