Yo, i really need some help on my hops. i'm like 5'0"(5 feet) and my vertical is 21"+ rite now.(i measured it). I do squats, jump around the court for like 5 mins each day, jump rope and jump my highest to try to touch the ceiling. Bit somhow i dun see dramatic results. so jus leev som tips on how to get betta at my hops.
