well i got a bet with 4 guys in my bball team that ill be able to dunk my the end of this term (10 weeks)
do you think i can do it?
also now that i can squat 92kg (216lb) should i kep going intil i can squat 1.5x my bodyweight or would 92kg (216lb) be enough to start plyo? cuz i realy realy want to see some good gains real soon and i was thinking that i could start plyo now would is be worth it and would i see good gains?
also if i was to start would it be best for me to start begginers plyo or novice or maby start GMV?

what one would give me the best gains?
