i was thinking to take 1 week rest every 3 week phase? donno if i should. im just afraid if i keep going with majorly fatigued muscles i'm gonna end up damaging my legs, and becoming weaker and less explosive. i'm still 15 and i dont wanna damage my legs, growth plates, knees or anything =/
