Default Help Me, What Do I Do?

What's up guys? I'm wondering what program I'm supposed to do in VJB, and need feedback ASAP so I can start. Ok, so I did the tests but disregarded the Vert tests, b/c I don't have the boxes to test reactive jumps. I do know my vert has measured between 20" and 25" but I'll go test it again in a lil bit and see what it is for sure. Anyway, I did the squat b/c it said that that test would overrule the results of the vert tests anyway...

I weigh slightly less than 160 I usually hover btwn 155 and 160 but never over that. I squatted 240. So, I got the 1.5 times my bodyweight. I actually haven't messed with weights as much since high school, but I busted that out anyway... So, I'm pretty proud of myself.

Overall, I'm 23 yrs old (don't clown my vert, lol), I'm 5' 9.5" - 5' 10", my biggest asset on the court is quickness, I'm EXTREMELY quick laterally and first-step wise, I don't usually test out well on anything (40 yard dash, vert, etc.), but when I play ball people have asked me if I run track, lol. So, I'd say I'm naturally strong, but not what you would call a natural athlete.

I think I fall under the intermediate I profile, but I'm not sure, b/c my vert would be considered poor to good. Most likely poor. It says see 'plyometric focused intermediate' though. So what program is that? B/c it also says one day of weight training to maintain muscle as well, but the plyo intermed. workout doesn't have any weight training??? So what do I do?

Also, I'm currently going to a junior college open gyms every Saturday to play on the team this year... I've been running the mile 3x a week over the last couple weeks trying to get back in shape, and doing some drills with shooting and ball handling... Will I still be able to do all this once I start the program and how will I keep my legs fresh for Saturdays?!?!
