almost every single person asks the same exact question as you heres your choice since you already have strength.

5.5/10 percent is vertical from plyos. 4.5 percent vertical is from weight training. togather they create ten percent,
if you choose one to do have it be plyos but its better to do both, as i have been taught and what luke lowry and kelly bagett say to weight training is not the best thing for increasing vert plyos are but doing both is even better, if you weight train do not use more than 55 percent max while training for vertical jump i have tried to answer this.
