well your strong enough to do plyos but if you would like to be dunking as soon as possible do plyos, and do weight traing at about 50 percent max 1 rep, if your regularly squatting max weight your vert will soon decrease. instead of traing forstarting acceleration youll be traing for decceleration. so do both.
