sounds like u should lose a bit of weight and get stronger so...
eat healthy (Recovery thread)
Do the Defrancos training (If You Have Weights Thread)
Swim in the Pool and jog around for like 45 mins 3-4 days a week
then wen u lose some fat and get a good strength base (prbly wen the summers over) then u should do VJB or tvp u can find them on this forum
