yea jumpsoles wit da propioceptors r really god for ya vert,stability and building muscle in ya legs.Both Kelly bagget and Luke Lowry(sports scientists and 2 of da best trainers/coahcers ever) advise u use them wit ya vertical jump programs.if u find it 2 difficult 2 do wit em on do da rpogram without em and then do it wit em after you are used 2 it.
