if u have access 2 a pool(on a regular basis,which is of sufficient size),time,weights(not just free weights) and have a deep understanding of vertical jump training, dedication and r really really serious about increasing ya vert(when i mean srs i mean changing ya whole lifestyle in order to get the best results),then go 4 TVP.However if u have little time,no weights and r dedicated up 2 a certain piont where making certain choices cant happen (or r 2 young for em)and want the best results u can get with wat ur doing,then go 4 VJB.
