Ok check it ou once again im 15 years old like 5 foot 7 round there weigh like 60kg's or so have a shockin standin vert of 17 and runnin like 21 or something i need my vert up real quick should i start squating or stick with the bigginers plyometrics vjb prgram im doin i need a high vert real quick but i dont care how long it takes me though i just want a vert thats high but atleast october or so what do you all say i should do and what will definetly work for me?
