weight lifting does not stunt growth period. And squatting 1.5 your body weight helps make your legs stronger when you make contact with the floor in plyometrics so you dont injure yourselves and no matter what people told you there are stretches you can do to make your self taller it does have to do with genetics but you can still grow even if your growth plated stop.
