Could some1 explain all this deadlift shit what it means and the squating of 1.5 times ur body weight so what if u can squat that much whats it meant to do if its strengthenin ur legs then ur doin weights on ur legs and at 5,11 that aint good cause weight trainin on legs stunts ur growth u wotn grow now more btu anywayz can some1 explain.
