well here's wat i do, i keep my eyes on his waist (to not get crossed) and always one hand on the hand hes usin to dribble the ball,the second he stops dribbling and touches the ball with both hands, my eyes switch to the ball, and i try stealing it/or deflecting any pass or shot he might make......of course wen ure pressuring him then its ok to switch ure view to his hands in order to improve ure chances of stealing the ball, never concentrate strait at the ball, hope that helps, hard to explain over the net, but sumtimes u gotta look at his waist while having ure "side view" on his hands, tell me if theres anythin u want me to go over again...
