anybody would have left him open... cause he is a special needs student, its a lose lose situation. if u guard him and rob his cookies or swat his shot... they gonna say y u do that to him, hes not normal... but then if he crosses u and j's, they gonna say u got fucked up by a sped. its lose lose, so best is not to guard him at all. sad to say.
