week 1 day 1
the workout was great i wasnt expectng it to be like that
also i chipped in fast squats with dumbells ,and calf raises
im feeling it , its hard to walk ma legs are tired out... n i havnt even started all the plyometric stuff anywayz chek ya back take care am hittin da park
