I can spin the ball on my finger for ages, and all it takes is practice but when i first started tryn to do it, i practiced at school, at home and i found the best way was when your watching tv.
iv been doing it for a while now and can spin it on all 10 fingers, change hands/fingers and spin it on a pen.
Try it on a pen its lots easyr to control and you can keep it going for longer.
