Monday
Stretch -15 minutes
Calf raises -200/20 sets
Sit ups -300/35 sets
Push ups -300/35 sets
Frog jumps -100/15 sets
Agility jumps back and forth/front and back -7 minutes

Tuesday
Same

Wednesday
Same

Thursday
Run 30 minutes
Jog 15 minutes
Sprint 15 minutes Stay on toes
Stretch -15 minutes remember run then stretch
Bicep pushups palm on bench legs out push up and down

Friday
Same as thursday

Saturday
Same as thursday

Sunday
All together
