Question on Air Alert and Jump Soles
holla i got a question on these programs n shit that make u jump higher
first off what are jump soles are they the things u put around ur ankles then work out (running, sprinting, jogging, push ups) then when u take em off u jump higher? if so can anyone clear up the rumors ive been hearing about them? i heard they stunt your growth or somethin like that and how do i use them properly?
Secondly what is Air Alert I & II. do they reallly work? do they cost money? where can i get them? Can someone give me a sample of it like what exercises they tell u to do and is it something u watch then do or is it an object?
And which is better jump soles and air alert. By better i mean cost wise, most effective, and time consuming
