.. anyway what i recommend you do is just your own individual practice at the court also do abit of wieghts but don't over do it and don't worry about the tricks until you get your fundementals because like you said you lose control of the ball and people can steal it from you instead work on your dribbling skills well hope that is good adivce.. pce
