anybody else get this problem?
i kno that squats is one of the best exercise to increase ur vertical and to jus get strength in general, but every time i do them, i get sore for like 5 days. i dont care about the soreness but that means i can only do leg exercises like once a week when i do squats and i dont think thats helpin my leap alot. also, sometimes im still sore on the weekends when i play ball so its kinda makin me worse. wut should i do about this or is it normal?
