to me theres no best or worst, each player has his own style of playing. for example if u say hot sauce is better than fess, that isnt really true cuz sauce is better at handling the ball but he aint better at shooting the ball than fess. so threads like this can go on forever cuz everyone got ur own oppinion. u gotta be specific when making threads like this, like " who's the best ball handler?" or "whos the best dunker?"
