Outside the NBA is many even more talented ballers but they haven't such a luck in their carriers, they haven't good agents and promotors who could ably manage their carriers. So don't lie yourself, today NBA is not the same as for exaple few years ago. Many players are worst like ballers from lower league but they have good agents. In NBA teams prefer even worst ballers with NBA experience than better ballers from lower leagues. Thats the reason why many ballers even better don't get their chance into the big league. It's all about they money they don't wanna risk, they wanna win but not lose any money.
