Very Short Clip of Me.
Ignore the ball...to practice it u dont really need it, ur problem is im assuming the hand motion...
so drop the ball ...get in position
1. pretend the ball is in your right hand...
2. dribble it diagonal behind..from right to your left side..(shud be behind your left leg and in your left hand now.
3. then now with your LEFT hand dribble the ball behind to your RIGHT (so shud be heading behind your right leg)
So consider it like this..
L1________R1
--- --- (--- = juz your feet)
L2________R2
(___ = just to space the symbols out =p)
dribble ball from R1 to L2...then dribble it with L1..to R2..then back to R1 and repeat..got it?
That's the motion...u shud be able to picture it but the ball usually stays in the same place ..where your hands reach for it
