heres the steps:

1.first you dribble contiously through your legs back and forth until the defender gets low and in a defensive stance
2.once you have done that fling your arm over there shoulder and bounce it behind their back
3.finally as they are turning to look for the ball pop the ball back over their shoulder to yourself
4.after that you can carry it from their i normally throw the ball of the back of thier head or put up a shot
