Be careful, nip this on the bud. PT can turn into one heck of a nagging injury or worse. I would treat it as a serious threat to your progress before it becomes one... I don't mean to sound severe but prevention is far better than any cure down the line. Ice wraps are easy to use and will help, the flexibility is huge as far as quads and hams go... as well as muscle balance throughout the leg.
If you feel it, I would stop, and at best opt for some low tension single leg exercises to build balance and stability throughout the entire leg and core. Take care of yourself, you have serious progress to make..
