one more tip..practice your normal crossovers...looking up...close your eyes too ull feel more comfortable when u do it at the front first..den go behind..u wont feel the difference.

stay on the spot...dribbling one hand..to the other back and forth nice and wide

im not assuming u cant do this...but yeh try make sure u are comfortable with it
