1. (this is a move that puts the d off)

dribble 2 the d and when u get close enough put the ball (from right to left), behind ya back, after u do this put the ball back in ya right hand, then spin a 360 in a clockwise position with ya right arm out straight, you need to do it quickly and put the ball around the back of the d's head, (keepin hold of it), the d should hav moved their head and be slightly confused.........

2. (the prof does this, again to confuse and/or wrong foot the d)

dribble to the d, place the ball on ya foot and hold it there, put ya leg straight (facin the d), the pull it back when they reach in....

it is good to wrong foot them with.....
